2014 Season hasn't begun but already off to a bad start

Went out to check the property I hunt and put up the camera again as I had a problem with it and hasn't been out for a month. Went to the tree to check my new hang on stand to find it GONE! All gone stand, chain and lock. I hunt a short distance from the property line and found brand new NO HUNTING signs on my side of the property. Apparently the guy on the property beside mine is a real piece of work!!! Hope he enjoys my stand as I'll be going back with my climber from now on. If he steps one foot on my property owners land I have his permission to charge him with trespass and interfering with legal hunting. My property owners likes pepperettes. Why do grown people have to behave like children???

It would be a shame if he still had the stand and equipment as he would be in possession of stolen property in excess of $500. In addition to criminal trespass, Down here that is a felony.

....so simple and yet so difficult it seems....I try my darnest to follow this even if it costs me knowing I have made the other happy....
