Matrix 330

Post by Lone Star »

Just bought one love it. Where should the string set? Only has one mark on the rail. In front right on or behind towards trigger? Mine came in front almost off the rail. Twisted the string 5 times and it is still in front but just barley. Also can't find the REDS suppression kit anywhere? Any help appreciated.

Roger that but I can't find a sporting goods store that has them. Guess I just have to order it.

I like to keep my string just a bit behind the mark on the rail, which makes the brace height at almost 3/4 inch. You want to be at least even with the line and not forward of it. You might want to consider some of Danny Miller's "Baby Bumpers". I have them on my 355. I already had a set of the R.E.D.S. for my 330, but I do like the BB's from Danny. I don't have his phone number to post but it's not hard to find on this site.

I set mine up the same, 3/4" brace and Danny's bumpers. Enjoy your new 330, it's a sweet one!
