If the 8 decibel claim is true, that is significant. I can say that I hate the dissipator bars on the exo series; excess weight that far forward and little benefit, IMO. The new design for micros and "matrices 
" looks to be less beefy.

At the ATA, I heard a 335 being shot with them and I did a double take! The reduction in noise is considerable.
Some people just like stepping on rakes

personally, I don't even notice the noise of my Micro. I cant even imagine an 8 decibel reduction with no decrease in FPS....I am sure they will sell like hotcakes to those with younger ears....price is not out yet.
