I agree Ron,
back in the winter I had VixenMaster make up a couple of strings for me. One in the Canada Flag colours (red/white) and one in my "someday will win a SuperBowl", Washington Redskin colours (or as close as he had) - have been a fan since Theismann was the QB (younger guys will have to google that one)
I put on my Redskins string a month ago and have been "stretching it" ever since - less than two dozen shots and four adjustments so far.
Anyhow, after reading your post "today", decided to take it out back to the range (outdoor, 25 yards) and see how she is doing.
(conditions - 6:00pm Eastern Time, Temp 23C/74F, 68% humidity, winds from the S/W @ 10kms/6mph (tail wind for me, so no cross wind deflection))
I used the same arrow for 5 shots @ 25 yards (to alleviate as many variables as possible. Shot front supported (ala shooting rail, same as Bambi hunting).
The quarter in the pic is a Canuck quarter, pretty much the same dimensions as the US 1/4 buck for reference.
The results?
Well, I guess the string is still stretching a bit - hope it will settle down by hunting season
Too bad I pulled those two lower left shots - operator error blew a "not bad" group.

....I guess the accessorizing bug has yet to bite you....I have about 6 strings from 3 different craftsman on this forum, in different price ranges and love them all...still don't feel like I have enough....reminds me of my "G.I Joe" days (you younger guys will have to Google that one!No One wrote:I am still on the original string that came with it lol.
