My first with the Micro

Post by MCS »

I was lucky enough to harvest a healthy Doe with my new Micro. I would like to thank my good friend Anthony Romano for nudging me towards the Micro. And a big thanks goes out to GrassyKnoll. It was one of his old Gold Tips that he so generously gave me that put her down. I would love to say I took a nice long shot but she was right under me. I'll take those all day long.

Now then, get your equipment, your quiver and bow, and go out to the open country to hunt some wild game for me.

Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!

And those close shots are always good.
I like 'em so close I don't have to think about yardage.

....first of all a big shout out to my Jersey bud and fellow paesan Mike (MCS) for taking the heat of knowing that our "band of brothers" so to say don't tolerate misses   and he came through this evening bringing us 2 for 2 with the Micro this year and our string overall with the Excalibur Matrix/Micro over these last couple of years is 6 of 6...

....Mike is a great guy and friend and I am very happy for him....He did capture one image which he forwarded to me so here it is...

...our core four will be out tomorrow with our Matrix 380 and Micro rigs hoping to add to the freezer meat..I'll be out with my two boys and a friend of ours...I will again be bringing out ....Bada Bing 8) who performed flawlessly....fuggetaboutit!

Anthony :)
