Shooting the crossbow "gangsta style" results in accuracy of a drunkin gangsta.

I have experimented & tried for poop's and ha-ha's.. It's no good! Lol

The arrow comes off the rail at an angle such that it goes up away from the rail. Typically, if you zero the bow at 20 yards, you will have a "near zero" around 5 yards and the peak of the trajectory about 1" to 1.5" high between 10 and 15 yards or so. Then the arrow drops continuously. If you hold the bow sideways, say with the right limb down, it will start out going right of the target at a pretty good angle - and gravity won't act to pull it back online like when the bow is level. But gravity will act to pull the arrow downward so you will hit right and low. With a bow at 90 degrees, I think it would be very far right and probably 3" or 4" low at least. A few inches of cant - no big deal at short yardage. What you are talking about.....fuggettaboutit
