Also a vote for smoking your clothing.
Don't know about this but since "pee" was mentioned and urine is ammonia based basically I make my mock scrapes and pee in them. Haven't had any problem with deer coming to them.

I never try peeing in my mock scrape. I am on way to many maintenance drugs they would pick me out.

Smoking clothes I have heard of what do you use for the fire (soft or hard wood).
