Ok after reading about all the wonders of ACV I decided to see if my store had it and they did so I get home and and put a big spoon full in a small glass of water and it was pretty tuff to get down
It was not going to be something I wanted to drink twice a day for sure.
So today I see that Braggs sells a honey ACV drink so I put a table spoon of ACV , a teaspoon of honey and about an inch of water in a wine glass and it is much better , it is now something I can do.
I have had 10 extra pounds on for the last ten years hope this helps but I do not have high hopes most likely will get fatter from eating more honey
If any one else has a way to make this ACV taste better please let me know looking more for a drink I think for every day convenience.

Waited for lunch to take my morning dose today. Salad greens with Bragg's vinegar, olive oil, and Italian seasoning. So good even my dog ate the lettuce I gave him. (He thinks any people food is good - he also loves sliced cucumbers & tomatoes. But he will spit out lettuce with no salad dressing. )

Ok, I have a vat of acv but it does not have the "mother" (weird term). Does this have any benifits or am I torturing myself needlessly? Lol.

Unfiltered or w/mother seems difficult to find. Maybe that stuff tasted like double dung?

Our RatMart carries three different brands of acv with the mother, so does Krogers, and Meijers. I would think any groceries or pharmacy would have it.

When I did all my researching on it, it seemed having "with Mother" was important but I have no reason why.

One Shot!! i got mine at Goodness Me its a health food grocery store! not sure how many stores there are,we have 3 in the hamilton burlington area!If you have a vitamine store around you check there.Not sure where exactly you are!

Good thing I'm a mechanic. I don't think fuel tanks require mother so I can find another use for this 4l of carb cleaner/heater core de-scaler!

Was in a vitamin store today in Waterdown to pick up some Udos oil and checked and they carry the Braggs with mother
