I agree with others , shorten your stringing aid rope ,, Or try loading your string by hand without using stringing aid

Yep, if everything works, shoten the cocking rope.

: Lubricating the trigger

I´m using the coking aid and I pull it as I have done hundreds of times, but it doesn´t hook the string.
And it doesn´t work either with the stringing aid.

Re: Lubricating the trigger

I don´t know what is preventing the string from pushing back on the center of the latches and cocking the trigger. The latch goes down when I press it with the screw
driver, but it doesn´t when I try to cock the crossbow.

Dennis this what you posted back in July.
What is different this time??

Marketing Dude is this guy legit or bogus could you comment on this thread as to what occured since this issue was first raised in July. Was the trigger actual returned to Excalibur and was repairs needed or even performed. Reviewing your comment MD back then you suggested their was not much that could cause the issue .

Until he confirms he has tried this simple suggestion which has been suggested numerous time then I suspect it is time to comment no further.

I think that maybe if I reduce my brace height it could work.

Nothing wrong with your brace.

Shorten your rope cocker or grow longer legs and arms.

Gun control is like trying to reduce drunk driving by making it tougher for sober people to own cars.

I shot an arrow straight up in the air..I've done this hundreds of times. All I did was change the trigger and this time the arrow came down and hit me in the head. Should i shorten my cocking rope?

That's nothing, I dropped my bow on the scope at Boofest and shot three arrows two feet over the deer target at thirty yards. These zombie arrows are crap! :x
