9 point buck photo!

Post by KS-Coyote »

I've tried several times to post a picture of my buck but cannot. As well someone private messaged me to send the pic to them so they could post it. It says that I am not authorized to use private messages. So I could not read or respond to their message. I will probably just go off the forum. Thanks and good luck to all.

You cannot download pics off your computer and post them directly on the forum. You must use a site such as photobucket. Posting direct links is impossible as well and I think this is all done to prevent spam.

U must have a minimum post count to use private messages. I think it's ten.

If you like, email the pic to me and I will post it for you. No need to leave the forum!

Thank you to everyone who helped post my photo and thanks for the info on posting pics. To answer your question on is he going on the wall. Yes I am getting an antler plaque made of the horns. I would have to get a 150'' class deer or better to get a whole head mount. I am happy with my new matrix mad max crossbow and my first crossbow deer. Thanks again and have a great hunting season.

That's a great buck for sure. I'd put them horns up on the wall too! Congrats. :)

I was using a Diablo lumenok bolt with a 150gr. boltcutter broadhead. The shot was close somewhere around 10 to 15 yards. The shot went through both lungs and he ran maybe 40 to 50 yards. I was a little worried because there was no blood right where I initially made the shot. But the last place I heard him is exactly where he was. My bolt broke against a tree on the far side of the deer but I can re-use my broadhead and I can probably take the lumenok out and use it on another bolt. I can't wait until next year. Thanks for looking.
