Dremel tool with cut off disk, you will need a good method to keep it square.

I use this mini bench top cut off saw from Harbor Freight for the rough cut and do a finish on them by polishing in a jig I made, could also use the G5 arrow squaring tool to finish them after cutting. I use the steel blade they included for aluminum arrows and bought some fiber cutoff wheels that fit it for doing carbon arrows. Be sure to have the vacuum running to get the dust when doing carbon.

X2 on dremel tool w/ cut off wheel. Cut it a bit long, then use a disc sander to square and reach final length.

I take mine up to The Bow Shop and they cut them for me. I've not had any problems with that method. :)

Dremel does it nicely then use an arrow squaring tool to finish off
