Customer service
I just wanted to thank Mike at Excalibur in Ontario! I was having an issue with my Ibex and he made sure the problem was rectified! I would own no other brand of crossbow, and, to top it off, they have the best customer service I have ever seen!! Thanks again! A very satisfied Excalibur owner!!

X3 when I called asking about brace height the tech rep spent a little time to talk deer hunting. Excal is a grass roots company for sure.

X4 Besides the best bows in the business they also have the best customer service if you do by chance need it. Win Win in my opinion.
