380 lynx / max 1 pics

Post by jason25 »

I am looking for any pics of the 380 lynx an max 1 models. I hate looking at the ebay or website pics, would rather see pics and hear from the owners of how they like them. Really undecided on the 380 or micro 335. I know I cant buy both 380s right now but would love to own both patterns.

They are semi compact kill'n machines for sure~!! I have had about every model matrix out there, and few others since acquiring the Dynamic Duo,,, they are still here. If you hunt in the snow the Lynx is the Max! But make no mistake the Mad Max is at home in any situation,,, if I could only have one,,, it would be the Mad Max!!

Thanks guys, the black is nice, I am just a sucker for the full camo the mad max an lynx have. wildcatter, I see you do a lot of ground hunting and was wondering how successful you are in a regular season.

That was 2 seasons ago the last 8 days of the Ohio season, on public land. Me and my buddy, I had missed 10 weeks out of the season from the end of Oct. to the 20th of January. We hunted 26th to the 2nd, my wife hunted the first 2 days and took 1 I took the 13 pointer and two of the doe, he took 3 doe. 3 of mine including the buck was on the ground plus the one my wife got. We had two filleted out in them black garbage bags before we decided with highs in the teens and single digits to just knock em down and stackem up till the end of season,,, we tagged out Saturday evening the 1st.

We had a little space heater to keep the sealed and finished room in the pole barn around 35 degree's. We usually have 2 or 3 tags a piece for this season ending trip we make every year,,, that buck was a bonus and really special after me being down almost all season. But what was really special was it came in with 4 others,,, all 8 points or better and all big enough to make Ohio big buck (140") he went 153 3/8" net. with some real cool character.

But last year I had 3 tags and took 3 of them off the ground.

This is in January with little cover, but in heavy thickets and along their edges.

That is very impressive, we don't have the numbers you have but we can hunt from sept to jan with bow, I usually hunt from a tree stand but the idea of being on the eye to eye with a deer seems to heart stopping.
