Bushnell Red Dot Captain Morgan

Post by vixenmaster »

Thank God its stopped rainin :) I gotstid all my gear out side n the spyderweb target set at 20 yds. Took several shots to get it close to the spyder. It was 2" high at 20 yds n i set target back to 35 yds. I shot n its hittin 4 1/4" low, n too much left. So i clicked back to right n put 6 clicks on the altitude upwards. Shot several times n its now 1 1/2" low at 35 yds. When i get more time to continue i will ck the 20 yd measurement. I am tryin to get it no more than 2 1/2" high at 20 yds n no lower than 2 1/2" at 35 yds my max. Usin 2219 XX75 at 400gr total weight n will use 100gr Spifires this Fall wid Captain Morgan

Sounds like a sound setup, I like your thinking with the red dot, use to use them on our black powder guns knowing no shot was over 50 yrs, most at 20-25. Good luck and keep us posted.

The Bushnell red dot is what I mounted on my Wolverine, set it up for 25 yards.
