Rinehart woodland target

Has anybody used the woodland 14 target and if so whats the secret to getting arrows out?

Use a pair of Danny Miller arrow pulling pliers. Also take solvent and clean painted labels off of your arrows. They weld to a Rinehart! Also use a touch of arrow lube like scorpion venom, it helps as well.
