My guess is around 290 fps. You figure a diablo is 255gr and a hunert grain head is 355gr + a little more for the lighted nock. The bow is rated for a 350 grain arrow @305 fps so 290 is about right your bow is plenty fast for white tails i like going a little above the minimum weight a little for foc and less stress on the bow maby a 125 gr. Head but your setup will be fine. At longer distances a heavier head will without a dought shoot a little tighter.

I was thinking of using 150 boltcutters but am worried about smaller blade width.I know shot placement is everything but I'm looking for something that might be alittle more forgiving at least for now.

The boltcutter has been one of the most accurate broadheasds (fixed ) i have ever shot. For me its a tad more accurate than a slick trick another great fixed blade. I have been using a spitfire 125 crossbow and a cabellas lazer strike 2 crossbow expandables both are cutting wide and are very dependable the 125 grain will give you a little more foc on your arrows for me both heads on all my bows with any arrow alluminum or carbon fly exactly as a field point i dont even bother shooting em any more at practice. I shoot a field tip bolt if its on i just put on a spitfire or a lazer and spin check takes a lot of ag. Outta hunting i no longer even need a block target only a bag.my 330s only a tad faster than your bow and a lazer strike 2 ripped thru my buck this year breaking leg bones n all 10 yard recovery .

I have been using 150grn Bolt Cutters on 20" Easton Aluminum arrows(2219). Shooting them out of my Excalibur Axiom and have been getting pass through on deer just under 30 yards. Don't see why you shouldn't try them on your Diablos'. I'm more out for penetration than speed. I believe you should get both with your set up.
