Great deal...

What power did you get?

The VX1 1x4x20 is perfect for crossbows..

That's a good deal, over on this side of the border, they go for $300-$400 depending on which reticle you get.

Going to mount it up this weekend, but shooting the Savage will have to wait another week, or two. Too much other stuff on the list, but I'm sure it will be a great fit.

Those Savage 220 are just the cats ass! I set two up for my buddies last season, and they would both clover leaf out of the box with a Nikon scope.
One has replaced his Tupperware stock with a Boyd's pepper laminate stock. Looks real sharp, should shoot better

Agree on the stock, but it is adequate for this season. Might hit you up on a contact for something custom next summer though! 8)

Got the scope in today, and all mounted up, and bore sighted. Now I need a day at the range. I'm going to try two slugs, the Remington Accutips, and the Hornady Superformance. I have a Redfield on my Front Stuffer, and these two scopes are very similar. I know Leupold owns Redfield, and these scopes are made in Oregon, and they are both great scopes! I cannot pick a favorite.

Here are the guns of choice this year!
