TT Trigger question

TT Trigger question
If you buy a TT trigger, can you use the excal trigger or do you need to purchase the red one with it?

the red one is prettier .
I was out target shooting tonight and it finally happened. the stainless screws provided loosened and I was shooting a foot low all of a sudden, lost a big john zombie slayer and lumenok in the dirt......... tightened them back up and stripped two of the heads.......... f@#&
noticed the last few weeks a noticeable feeling at the break almost like a flat spot somewhere, just emailed triggertech. hope to send it in and have it back before oct 01........
