matrix 330 for black bear

Has anyone used the Matrix 330 on Black Bear ? I will be shooting the Diablo arrows and 125 grain fixed blade broadhead total wt of arrow and broadhead around 375 grain and around 88 pounds of kinetic energy . This is my first time with the matrix 330 used the Exomax before . I will be shooting around 20 to 25 yards . Will this do the job? Bear that

Your Matrix 330 is more than enough for black bear.. In my vertical bow days, I killed a Black bear up in Quebec with my Black Widow recurve shooting a wood grain Gold tip arrow and a two blade Grizzy head and another Black Bear in Vermilion Bay using a Mathews MQ1, a skinny carbon arrow and a Rocket expandable broadhead... Black Bear are not a difficult animal to kill as long as you put the arrow in the boiler room and stay away from the shoulder knuckle. They go down fast when you double lung them..

Your M330 will be just dandy on black bear. A few days ago my hunting partner Bellerivercrossbowhunter from the forum arrowed a nice one with his Micro 315 and the bear went 7 yards or less after being double lunged with a Exodus 125 gr. 3 blade.

You'll blow through a bear and bury the arrow a foot in the ground! Shoot with confidence, you have a setup that will put a bear down.

Yes sir the 330 has plenty of power.

My Micro 315 did very well on the Bear I took last week and is a tad slower than your 330.

My total arrow weight is 425 gr using the exodus 125 gr head and I had a complete pass through and burrowed the arrow in the ground up to the lumenok.

I killed 2 bear already with my 330 and boltcutters ...short trail also on both pass thrus
Vixen 2, metal ibex,Phoenix,sapphire,matrix 330 ,matrix 355 ,vortex and baby grand piano y25 relayer.
Trigger tecs,leupold crossbones and nikon bolts.
Zombie slayers and mostly swat broadheads.
