I have never called for a RMA #. I just call Danny and send limbs, scopes back to him. Once he called me after receiving my limbs and told me he was out of black carbon limbs so he had Woodys send me a set. Got them 2 days after the call from Woodys.

Hate to say it , this is what happens when the small mom and pop stores go under and big business takes over. We lost all our small bow shops around my area I could hit three or four within 10 minutes of me. Now I have one option Bass Pro and I bet its a mess trying to get anything bow related worked on right now!!

.....we have a local bow shop well known in my area called Targeteers....even if you could get them to work on your bow assuming you needed them...they are a Matthews dealer....they really do not want to have anything to do with Excalibur...which is fine by me!

YOU ARE RIGHT..We have 1 bow shop that covers 150 or more miles now ..they are bombed lines outside waiting for them to open.this will all end by middle of nov when gun season starts it will be empty in archery side and packed in gun side..

This is in north central pa even worst down near privateland near Lancaster and near pittsburgh where all deer are ....

try getting your bow fixed get ready for delays i mean bigtime right now with doe week in force in pa the hunters are going crazy for piece of meat..
