Only thing shot out of 315 is the stock guills. Got the bow at first of season and they shot great so i just stuck with them so far.
I think i got some 2216s so i will give them a try when i get off work and repost. To me it shoots like the 330 out to 40 yards. After that the longer limbs seem alittle more foregiving but im shooting off a mono stick also. Hope some of this helps.

Tried some 20 inch 2216s with 4 inch vanes and the bolt was about 450grs. The 315 shot them with no problem at all. There was little less noise too with these. I think all these bows are highly accurate, it just depends what feals good for you and what scope you can see good through. If you go by specs the 315 aint that much smaller than the 330 but carry in the woods it sure makes a difference.

What arrow length? 16" for the 315, or would 18" be better?Boo wrote:The 330 is certainly easier to cock and faster, but I haven't seen very many limb issues associated with the 315. The 315 is oh so small and has more than enough power for whitetail.
The 2219's or FMJs will work just fine in any crossbow and the 125 gr broadheads will kill anything that a 100 will.
Any decent fletching with enough offset will give you good flight but the 2" Blazers are my choice for many reasons.
