Ecal Customer service

Post by cadmaster »

I called Dawn Douglas this after noon and Dawn and Excal prove once again their AWESOMENESS!

Last year during deer season I lost one of the fasteners and acorn nut for the plastic dovetail bracket that the quiver slides into. I had decided to hold off calling Dawn then because I had a temp fastener in place and I knew that it was the busy time for the service department.

I accidentally called just minutes before quitting time today, did not know they had reduced hours on Fridays, Explained the problem and replacements will be on the way Tuesday. They did not even ask for a credit card number.

Now hopefully I will actually see a deer during bow season! LOL

Thank You Dawn and Excal! :D

LOL I called at something like 2:25 and they close at 2:30. the accident was not knowing they closed early on Fridays or I would have called earlier. Kudos to Dawn for answering the phone 5 minutes before her end of day! The phone service recording tells you the business hours before you get to the part where you put in the phone extension so I did not know they were getting ready to head home until then.
