Yes, my son and I took a butchering class a year ago so that we could do our own processing.....now all I need to do is get this hip working and go out a shoot something.

A restaurant in Guelph that prides itself in selling local produce and natural foods hosted the class. Each "team" of two got half a pig to dissect and take home. It was interesting.

Looks like plenty of venison for the winter. I trophy hunt and meat hunt, I kill does for my meat for the year and try my luck at some big bucks every chance I get.
