Different for sure, would like to shoot one too see how it feels. Don't like the metal plate/bar across prod and would take some getting use too my scope sitting that high up.

very nice...but, of course, Gary, i'd like to shoot one too 8)... i think with the raised cheekpiece, the height of the scope and mount would not be an issue...

bj,

I would be concerned about a severe parallax problem with the scope mounted that high. Especially with the trajectory characteristics of a crossbow. Do you also see this to be a problem or am I wrong?

i think with a conventional scope, maybe...but with a multi-reticle "crossbow designed scope", (50-60 yard parallax set), should be good to go !...i'd like to get my hands on one of these ...check out the look of the fit as the bow is in disassembly 8) ...i'd be interested in seeing the mfg.process for the limbs...210 #'s , 340 fps with a recurve limb...wonder what the bolts specs are ????

I do not persuade you to buy this thing

I would not be interested in this bow.

We have not simply thought up something for entertainment. We do not offer "crude" products. This crossbow is tested by years before to bring to your attention. There are no problem with parallax or broadheads or anything else. I am assured that we shall find the partner in Canada and prove our advantages in practice.

I think Loper and Flying Ace should get to gather and do a crossbow test to go with the BH test.

Have to agree with bstout here. The scope does look really high. I kinda think that the scope would get banged around quite a bit while transporting it.

Perhaps a lower mount could be substituted.

We can do any mounts for you: high, low. 8) Let's talk about serious things, ok? We are ready for any tests. You can purchase 1 crossbow and test it as long as you want. Our own tests we did already...

Yes lets talk about serious things. The only reason you have joined this forum is to sell your product yet your tone with the members here has been rude and insulting not to mention your oringinal profile. Your posts directed at 10Ring,Comfybear and Kendo Kid showed a total lack of respect not to mention this is an EXCALIBUR forum. You may build the best crossbow in the world I don't know but I for one have no interest in doing business with you.

Does this xbow have a price ?, I couldn't see one in US or Can. $. Can Weaver mounts be installed? Do you need a machine shop to make parts you break?

They way to find a "partner in Canada" is not by going onto a
competiter's website and insult the members, put crude comments on your profile/interests and use same website to sell your product.

I have a feeling that the reason you're still on the forum is because BillT etal are on the road attendind sports shows.

In my opinion, with it's many parts and assembly, this bow has too many things that could go wrong with it, and therefore is not dependable or viable as an effective hunting bow.

As a target bow, if indeed it gets 340 fps, it could not be used. As such I see no future for it in North America.

On a side note, if what Loper says is true about bows over 40# draw weight not being allowed in Russia, then this is an illegal item which could only be sold in the "black market", and one that any law abiding citizen would stay clear of.

My help

Post by Boltejector »

I'll tell you what. If this is such a high and mighty crossbow and is all you claim it to be, I will test one for you, from you, for free, just to get the word out. You are not going to sell this without public satisfaction and proof that it is what you say it is, if not more. So I am doing you a favor by doing this, not myself.
So then, if you want my address to send one out, go ahead and PM me.
I don't expect to hear from you, and I do not speak for all, but I am sure they feel the same way. So if you want, you can PM us all for our addresses, and we will happily test them for you to gain poularity. Once this happens, then, and only then, will the crossbow take off. Imagine the unlimited boundaries!
Git er done, and make sure it is done right!
