Yet another brace question

I searched for "brace" and "twist" and could find my answer. Got the Max today and the string is approx 1/2" toward trigger over the last inscribed line. How do you get it to 1 1/8" if it is needing the string to go toward the riser.?????
MAke sense? Help please...

The string seems to not be twisted

Just shoot it. The string will stretch. After some shooting you'll have to give that string some twist to put it back on that line.

You have by no doubt the Excel string endless loop (all black) with that string you just put it on and shoot. Very little stretch.... Comes with all new Excaliburs now.

If you change to the Flemish Fast Flight, you adjust the brace height by twisting the string up for more brace height or untwist the string for less brace height....
