One shift left, than gone hunting For Moose

Post by Dusty »

Off to 21b, back to my old spot for years. Did a per hunt scout a couple weeks back and saw a nice bull, never seen one that black before. One the morning we left a cow and calf walked over our tire tracks from when we returned to camp site the nigth before. Hope to have a pic to post on my return in a couple weeks.

I am off for Moose, I got a bull tag. and if any black bears come near camp it is open season on him too.

The MNR are advising Hunters in Norther Ontario not to use tents while hunting. I have had a bear get into our cook tent one year the second night it did not get very far. Was some of the best game I ever eat.
