I'm not a fan of the FF string myself. I find my brace height is all over the place with it as it takes a long time to stretch out and some times depending on the temp I've had them contract. I'm not sure how many FPS I'm loosing Gary would know better then me but I'd be surprised if it were more then 2-3fps.

Yeh about 3-4fps Shakky, I like the FFF cause after it gets done with the streching it is easy to set and ya get top end fps string wise. Of course depending the Excalibur the Excel strings are ok but gives you a big brace height on some and don't stretch that much.

With the standard string I find them to heavy for me and loose about 5-6fps. Still thats not bad but still find the FIT hard on my MagTips and get a big brace height again with no twist in the string.... :D

I just bought a flemish string today, and I'm liking it. Bow's noise changed after switching from the Excel string. Not as much of a THOING anymore. More like a thud.
