Well, I was around him more when we were younger. After they moved out to Calgary, we weren't close at all. Which kind of sucked. Because he was a great guy.

I too lost my dad to cancer a little over 2 years. As a rosbust man of 87 years of age, he went from chopping and splitting wood in June, to being diagnosed mid August and dying 3 weeks later.

My condolences to you TYE. I understand how you feel. I lost my eldest sister about a year ago and then my mother on the 2 Sept. this year.
