Two of the wood ducks I cleaned yesterday had their skin super glued to the breast. Couldn't just pull it back. They had a lot of pin feathers, so that may of had something to do with it. Don't know. Anyway, skinning is way easier than plucking them.
I have pulled the breasts out of pheasants and grouse. Very easy birds to clean. Tasty too!!!
