They had no idea I was there, I snuck up on them from the road direction instead of the stand direction. I've got down from stands when there were deer around and then the guy shoot a 10 point from the same stand.

No I meant I left a stand in the dark last year and there just happened to be a buck near it when I got down. You shot one at Devils Elbow? How did you get permission to hunt there?
