Cherish these moments, they Fly by way to fast. It will seem like only yesterday and they will be dateing.

Sounds like a great hunt CF. My little girl is 6 but she's pretty much Mama's beach buddy :D . She enjoys going with Tyler and I but she is busy. Shoot, my girl doesn't know what a nap is  .
God Bless !!!!!!!!!

Great story Crazy. I have a 7 year old. She wants to go hunting, but I don't think she will pull the trigger either. I think she might get to tag along with me a couple times this year. I took her goose hunting with Kenton, and I once. She was fine till the geese showed up. Then she didn't want us to shoot them  "Don't shoot them, that would be mean" :D We didn't get any geese that trip, but I will always remeber it. Good job Crazy your little girl enjoyed being with her dad, doing what he likes to do. You didn't get a deer, but you sure made her day.

Extremely Cool Crazy! 8) She must have freaked out inside seeing that go by so close! And like the others said, dont worry about her pulling the trigger yet, when she starts to do that, she will probably "out-do" you!!

crazy

i started taking my daughter when she was 11 bowhunting.she never wanted to shoot, but wanted to just go watch me hunt them.she now is 21 years old.one day we were doing a wild game dinner and she told all there ,her favorite time was being in the woods with me.it more than made my day,as no buck i ever shot meant more to me than her telling the stories of when i take her in the woods.
last year she called from college to tell me she needed to be in a stand that weekend.it made her weekend.it also made mine, cherish every moment you get, there will be none better than the memories you will have forever.JIM
