One of the ways to get it out is to remove the one bolt . Then give the whole stirrup a slight twist back and forth . This sometimes breaks the stripped bolt free .
All else fails send it to your friendly warranty depot .

If you get the bolt out . The replacement is a 1/4-20 x 3/4 .
