Excal likes to bring new stuff out at the ATA shows, and tests everything 6 ways from Sundays.

So when is the ATA show?

I wonder how much I paid for the Camo on the Axiom? What kind of royalty would you get for Camo or the Aluminum Riser?
Gee What does Ford pay Harley per truck for the Special Edition?

My late brother is a published author and we receive a small royalty check once a year. I do respect "Individual Property , yes" But!!! I should have patented a few things, but didn't have the cash.

Yet it takes a lot of cash to litigate over patent protection. If the STS is rich enough to pursue the courts, but make something that does not work as advertised, is that a valid patent? Making anything and says it fits a patented and trademarkerd Item and does not, can not the claim be made against the company for fraud/ false advertising?

There is a lawyer here that does tons of class actions.....

The ATA show is in Jan of every year. This is not directed at any one poster, but some times it's a fine line between being an interested consumer and a business practice critic. We are fully entitled to the former, but not so much the latter.

I'm sure Excal is a multi-million dollar business, but we need to let them handle the heavy stuff, lol.

2 cents from the extremely cheap seats!
