My son has a red dot on his phoenix and he loves it. It is easy for him to put the red dot on his target rather than the crosshairs from a scope. This was his first time shooting the red dot free handed at 20 yards.

Im a big fan of this sight combo.
Not shot with my Ibex but shot with the same sight combo 70yds.
Nothing wrong with a scope i just like Bushnell Holo (Eotech) red dot better. And the Optimizer is a great addition.
