Re: Need Help Please -----
Can you do a pic of where the riser meets the rail? Send the phone pic to upsman again. That is very nasty. There will show a problem in one position for sure of camera pic.

Scott, if mowerman resurfaces and still needs help posting pictures can you or some other forum member help him. I am leaving Saturday, headed to the Georgia woods and won't be back until Dec.4one shot scott wrote:I'm curious what has become if this mowerman, did you find a solution?

Not a problem. I hope mower man has contacted the factory regarding his issue. To me it would seem like a riser bolt wasn't 100% tight. But it's just a guess.

Re: Need Help Please -----
While sighting in my bow, I had a bolt "touch" one already in the target on it's way by. The result looked surprisingly similar to the picture posted.
By no means am I saying that is the case... but is it possible it was something that went unnoticed for a few shots?

Re: Need Help Please -----
I have the same problem from time to time. My answer is it's near Robin Hoods. There's nothing on the xbow that will ding a nock like in the[green fletched] pictures I couldn't post or quote[?]. If you look at them closely, the logo is apparent on one vane, but not the other.

I wish that the burring was a bit clearer. I'd like to be able to see if the notch was created by something hitting the bolt from behind (Robin Hood) , or, being caused by the bolt dragging itself against something on the bow as it went past.
Isuspect that the bolt is flicking itself against something as it passes away from the bow. What's the opening between the limbs called? My bow has limbs that are NOT equal in projecting into that space. My bow shoots well, so it's only cosmetic. If the bolt is ticking against the limb or something else, such as stirrup or bow quiver, that could do it. You would expect a bit of excessive noise, however.
Do the bolts seem to hit the target straight on, or are they canted off to the side?

Re: Need Help Please -----
I am in the same opinion of many others on here ...... as an almost ROBIN-HOOD.UPSMAN wrote:ok guys, here is the picture of our friend's problem.
IF you look that the pictures, what every causes this mark strikes at different distances from the center of the arrow. IF it was part of the trigger/bow, I would believe that the marks would be the same, same place on the knock.
IF it was something on the riser/limb assembly, causing this, the arrow on the right shows part of the arrow showing. I do not think that the knock would have been able to be cut that deep and not have the arrow dammed (looks like the arrow is still square there).
Therefore it must have to be an almost robbin-hood.
