Hate to get a heavier trigger back than what I had before sending it back. I already put the scale to it.
So how much did it weigh

As a new owner of a 405 Matrix, I was not happy to drop
off my bow at the dealer this week to have it returned for inspection and/ or repair.

However, Excalibur is handling this quality upset properly by not burying the incident or keeping it under the carpet. I feel confident that my bow will be inspected thoroughly and returned
Promptly.

I will post up my service or cycle time. My bow was returned to
Dealer on Saturday 29th. The bow was disassemble as instructed. The Paperwork with RA# was referenced. Most likely being packed and shipped
Out tomorrow Monday March 31st.

The bow is being shipped from Delaware to PA. I'm hoping three weeks or less
