Dan, Angel Majesty stays round, so it actually digs into the string unlike other servings. It also has the elasticity that is needed. It is also very abrasion proof.
With decent claws I have people like Ironnoggin logging over 1,000 shots on my strings.

You know I've done well over that.

In my opinion, how serving is applied has more to do with serving separation than what is used. I had all sorts of issues with separation until Boo taught me how to serve a crossbow string: Super tight.
Some serving wears better than other, Angel is best, Halo close second. Even BCY will do the job if properly applied; just have to change it more often.
Be sure to twist up the string in the same direction as serving is wound so it tightens rather than loosens.

Angel facts from Danny: He told me it costs him $1.00 per serving to use A majesty, it's made in Japan, and no one has been able to duplicate it here in the USA......

I ordered a few spools in .036" from Mr. Miller today. I'm going to give this stuff a whirl! Danny is one great guy to talk with I might add. :D

Well, I made myself a string with the .036" Angel Majesty, have it on the 355, but have not had a chance to shoot yet. It is strong, and seems to bite in very well. My string that I removed has about 70 shots, and very little sign of wear, and the dents rubbed out with my fingers almost completely. It is served with BCY Crossbow Serving. My 355 has never been hard on serving, so a comparison to a 405 might be rather tilted in my favor, but I'm planning to shoot the Angel Majesty served string through the hunting season, and final sighting in process to evaluate it on my bow.

My opinion of the .026 a majesty is its not well suited fer crossbows. .036 i haven't tried but it maybe really good. I have broke that .026 so many times pullin it tight i won't put it on a customers string anymore. I have never been able to break the .030 Halo but i have broke 6 cavalier servin tools usin it & Brownells crossbow servin materal. I only put the .026 a majesty on my strings, cause if'en it separates i can reserve when i get around to it.

Looks real good Xcal nice and tight. I have a question when you reserve do you take all the twist out of the string then serve then put the twist back in the string to tighten it up :?:

Nope, I take out 5, then add back as many as it takes to get to the right length, usually! If the string is stretched a lot, I twist it to get the right length under tension, then take out the 5, and put back 7, or 8.

That is an excellent question. I have not reserved any EL strings! I don't think you would see as much stretch, so i would do it the same pretty much.
