Yup it's over guys. Better dump your Micros fast. Send them to me and I'll dispose of them.
Though not my thing I believe it will sell great good combo of two bows. Never know maybe some here will head on over to the dark side. Supposed to be a real quiet bow from what I was reading.

I figured it would happen ...now I predict something faster than 405.
With all the new crossbows that's been put out the last few years I would bet there is more supply than demand.

I have zero interest in any crossbow that is not a recurve. The simplicity of the recurve is why I own four of them. I am a purist at heart with the recurves.
If it is not broke, don't fix it.

SD, 350 fps.....those were called Exomax a couple years ago, and Buckmaster/Paradox before that! Not a new idea.Bowtech front end on an Excal rail.Yes I bet you could put a TT in it but Bowtech triggers are GOOD triggers without the extra $$.I hope Excal pulls it off better than most crossbow companys do.Just saying

from pics i have seen its all Excalibur behind the riser. Trigger ADF stock. No Bowtech trigger. Maybe ill jump to the dark side incase another one falls off my truck :) . Honestly though after having a micro it would be hard going back to the Matrix platform. This bow if its done right will sell. Now if it was on a Micro platform......

I would like to see them put this new Excal/Stryker hybrid through the same DURABILITY TEST in which the other five unnamed wheeled crossbows failed miserably when pitted against the M380. That DURABILITY video was so instrumental in getting me to choose Excalibur and the recurve concept.
In fact I wonder if one of those wheeled bows was a Stryker!

OK now we have the joint venture between Excal & Bowtech. So the old Compound Paradox of the big poundage was able to get 400 fps does that grab you? Willin to bet if'en these 2 Companys work closely together they can get 425-450 fps out of these models. Whats good about this model is its an Excal lifetime warranty ? If'en so talk about sweet as you can throw yer other Riser on fer the Recurve part as you wish.

Bingo Mike. I don't see one down side to them working together. Guys that dont want wheels dont buy them. I think it looks like a winner and excited to see where they go from here with their breeding program.

It will be branded as a Striker and not an Excalibur so do not get your hopes up for the Excal warranty to be with it.

.....only a thought and not meant to start the "sky is falling syndrome" of last year....BUT many companies after a period of time DO what Bowtech appears to be doing, (little changes at a time to obtain the buyer's confidence and acceptance)...at some time in the future the products just start blending together so much that a decision could possibly be made that, "there is no need for two names".... because of this...and since Bowtech was the acquiring company they might just remove one name and utilize another...just saying...I HAVE seen this over and over in the business world both as a CPA and as an investor...might not ever affect quality but who knows...just a thought for the thinking mind :!:

Now you went and did it Anthony ;) guys forgot about that or at least stopped hiding under their beds. Yup and a whole lot worse could happen but I am not worrying about Excalibur products going anywhere. If you think about it we own Bowtechs already.
