Well we can disagree on this. I think they being noobs need to start on a trainin wheeled model. Save a quality Excal til they have learned not to blow up every crossbow they touch

Now you tell me I shoulda started with training wheels, after I damaged 2 bolts with and a fletching with my recurve, because I had no idea they were so darn accurate !

You can tell someone the do's and don'ts and they will do good until you turn your back then they do all the don'ts you just told them not to do. I think its a bad case of selective sense sometimes. Bottom line is if you have a friend that likes to shoot crossbows and you have spent a lot of time together shooting and all they need their own Equipment.
