Stop lubing your rail and STOP putting all that wax on your string. Spray some silicone spray on a microfiber cloth and clean your rail. Use a clean part of the rag to wipe away any excess. Wax your string lightly and rub the wax in with your fingers until it's hot and looks shiny and wet. Take a clean microfiber cloth and wipe away any excess. Do not apply more until your string starts looking dry.

Lubing attracts dirt and doesn't aid in much else.
Excess wax on your string and serving will get into your trigger unit and gum it up.

Significant , There really is no certain way to know the correct amount of pressure to apply to a String being stretched in a jig . what you DONT want to do is elongate the loops by applying too much too fast ! Apply pressure slowly and when you can in a warm location to help get excessive wax out . This is a great time of year to be preparing your Strings for the up coming season !

There is much better material to make strings with other then D-97. I too got tired of string creep on the stock strings. I started making strings from BCY X and have had much better results. :D

Because of all the variables, it's easier to avoid torque specs which I don't have anyways.
Keeping in mind that the shorter strings will have a different reaction, if you push with your index finger for all your worth in the center, the pre-Matrix string should give only about 1/4".
