Re: Woody's -Excalibur Warranty Station
Thanks for the feedback guys. We have been working hard on our warranty system and our goal is not let anybody lose any hunting time. We very recently added two more warranty depots, Draves Archery in Efffingham, IL and A1 Archery in Hudson, WI. Both shops are very familiar with the Excalibur brand and will enable us to look after warranty returns quickly.
Woody's Sporting Goods does an amazing job but, last year we over worked them and that's one of the reasons we added two new depots. With these three excellent Excalibur dealers we should be able to cover the highest volume of crossbow users in the U.S.. And, of course Danny Miller at Horizontal Archery still does some warranty for his loyal followers but most of his time is spent building strings.
Excalibur Crossbow is still the main contact if you have questions or a warranty concerns. Please don't call the warranty depots directly regarding warranty return inquires, we have all the information and they are busy running their business and looking after warranty repairs. You can of course contact them to buy stuff though .
Hopefully we get no warranty issues this year so Dawn and I can relax !
