Congrats on a great buck, All that time in the stand has paid off. :)

A little off topic with this post but I have to admit dragging him out yesterday kicked my butt....

So today I got to the gym at 0500 and did 6 miles on the elliptical machine in 45 minutes, 4 sets of crunches and 4 sets on the leg press.. I thought I was in ok condition but that drag yesterday made me see my weaknesses.. Definitely need to increase leg strength. Cardio is solid but muscle strength for dragging dead weight is a different game.. Today begins a new journey to get physically stronger for the drag...
