....Yep on the Master Lock Python...I also bought the steel locking box for my Moultrie to use with the Python...I then go one step further....

....I bought me an electric engraving tool and engrave my last name and permanent NJ CID number on the outside of the steel case, the back side of the case, the out side plastic of the moultrie and the inside part of the Moultrie....

....a pain in the arse and takes some time...but have not had one stolen since...

thats what I do on everything I own , that way if they catch the thief you can prove it is yours . we have had such a case here on the island where I live . the owner did not have a chance to get back his stand or his camera..i even put the date when I bought it.

Python cable lock - nobody has cut one yet.
If the guy has a mini chop saw, it don't matter what you use.

I would hate to damage a tree, but I'm thinking of lag bolting my camera security boxes to trees. I have heard that a tree will not be damaged and could recover if what you put inside of it is relatively small. I'm thinking that a 3" lag bolt would be alright depending on the size of the tree.

Of course this is just something that I'm considering doing.
