Ha, ha... NOT asking about nocks but inserts. They come with 80 gr but I want to use 110 gr.

Excused.... I did think they were press fit and have had no luck with any methods listed so far. I really thought the gun cleaning rod would work but I rapidly slid the bolt down the cleaning rod brace on against the floor about as hard as I could and nothing moved. I think I will have to just use them as is.

I would think that they were put in using super glue at the least. I have tried getting some factory glued nocks out using a rod with no luck. About all you can do is cut the arrow shorter and reinstall new inserts or shoot them as they are.cmarcum wrote:Excused.... That's your safest option. If you compromise the shafts integrity near the insert and it comes apart, you might have a wounded animal or worse, an injured shooter.
