They need to make fake cameras loaded with the kinda paint/ stain./ stink bombs like they put in money bags at a bank

so when the idiot opens the camera he gets sprayed with a skunk stain all over his face and body parts

be real easy to ID and hard to explain!
As messed up as the Justice system is you would probable be sued and have to pay for washing his or her clothes. In addition don't forget the Pain and Suffering clause!!

Better yet get an old camera that doesn't work anymore and put it out in plain sight with a hidden second camera placed to record the theft. Call the Game Warden and give him the picture of the thief in action. Also you must officially press charges.

Guys it worked for me.

Another solution that really is relatively cheap compared to having to buy new equipment is RFID chips with GPS built into the chip! I install them on all my outdoor equipment, blinds, stands and trail cameras! I have had the disgust of having my stands & cameras stolen in the past on my own farm property! Since then I’ve installed RFID chips on just about everything! Good luck and I feel your pain!
Can you provide me with some info. on this? Thanks

Sucks that you had one stolen but great that you were able to get pics. I have had several stolen and the cable locks don't help much as I have had several cut off. I think they carry those battery operated cut off saws and just cut them off. I have started to hang my cams up higher in the trees so they are not as easily seen and that seems to be working.

Send them here to Missouri we'll give them some (Hillbilly Justice) :x

Dave

Dave, Here in our area of pa these people are nuts and dangerous. If caught they will steal your tailgates on trucks, key your truck, cut tires on and on...Most have criminal records ..1 has been poaching for 20 years and they only got him for spotlighting 1 time..Most fear them..They will set your camp on fire ...

So most turn their heads ....With all cuts in wco and forest rangers and state police no one cares here ..Its over hunting is over here on publicland in pa disgusting to be out there now then when you think things are getting better here comes a DRONE down pipeline while I am taking no.2
