These GTF Lumenocks look very interesting and I think I might give them a try. Does anybody know how much they weigh?

What is the best color Orange, Green or Pink?
I got some pink ones from a Forum member. They are bright. However, If I could only have one color, (I actually have all 3), I think I'd pick the green ones. They sure stand out to me in low light situations!!

I used to use the lumenoks and had great success but wanted to try something different. I installed the igniter system from Nufletch and I really like them. Easy to install and turn off. The only downfall is that you have to glue the aluminum nock insert into your arrow. I used both green and red but have stayed with green. They seem to last longer and are brighter at dusk. They are a bit hard to get here in Ontario but ordered direct from the manufacture. Had to wait awhile on the shipping. Lumenocks have been great and are easily obtained on Amazon and are cheaper.
Buy them from Boo.

When the sun is on its way down, different eyes may see the 3 colors differently. So some may see green or pink better than the orange. When it is dark, they all work pretty good but the orange is the brightest which is why Burt Coyote offers pink, green and HD Orange. They do not offer a HD Green or HD Pink. I only stock HD Orange because they are the brightest. I never waste my time looking for a lighted arrow until is fully dark.

Lumenoks, huh? :eusa-think:

Okay, it seems we all agree, they work. I've got some I have had for many years now. I like the one's with the replaceable batteries.
My only complaint is that sometimes they can be a tad difficult to turn off. Probably due to old, beat-up stiff fingers! :eusa-doh:

But like a wise man once said, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".

I have looked at others, but I always ended up back with the Lumenoks. To me, they are simply the smartest choice.
AJ, use your Danny Miller arrow pulling pliers to turn them off. Easy does it!

Thanks Paul, but I'm a step ahead of ya! I got one of the rubber arrow pullers/extinguishers from Lumenok. Works like a charm!! Just a little wiggle and out she goes!! I think I paid a whole 6 bucks for it!!

The extinguisher works great... Until you use the DM arra puller, then you wonder how the heck you did it before. I cut my extinguisher down to an inch So I could carry it in my tree stand bag for after the shot... Cept my arrows always seem to go out on their own. Built in battery saver

I never thought of cutting one down. I just slide it on the shaft of one of the extra arrows in my quiver. Stays where I can find it!
