Who's "Horse" is faster???
And...NOT to pick...MUCH...Your car doesn't burn dead dinosaurs, it burns dead algae. Fossil fuels consist mainly of dead plants.
So yeah...it's still a "Hay Burner" too!!!

I brought it out of the shipping container in June. I have been waiting for the kids to both be in booster seats so they fit in the back.

Can't attach a pic for some reason, but current grocery getter is a black over yellow 2017 Challenger TA with a anti millennial theft device (stick shift) and with gas prices the way they are, you all gonna here every penny that goes thru her !!
Re: Gas prices
Looking at the muscle cars at today's gas prices just about makes me cringe. I remember being 14 in my brother's '62 Chevy SS running a 409 with 2 4s in it and him stomping the gas and watching the gas gauge fall. Gas back then was around $0.25 a gallon. The Chevy averaged 8 mpg.

Re: Gas prices
Back in the early 70's I had an "S Code" 67 Fastback Mustang. S Codes were factory 390 cubic inch engines. Those things flew. Last year made was 1969.
My "Boss" and I went to prom in mine. Wish I still had that car. Every time I watch Mecum's Auctions, I think about maybe another until I see the prices of those beast!!
My older sister's husband had a '71 SE RT Charger with a 440 Six Pack. We went everywhere full throttle!!
But gas was .37 cents a gallon back then.
I drive one these day (my Tundra), that gets roughly 15.6 miles to the gallon and I HATE pulling up to the pump!!

I've been putting gas in a 1966 Impala with a L-72 425hp 427 for almost 58 years! It came with 3:70 gears but now has 4:88's in it, I don't drive it that often anymore and if I do decide to "PLAY" with it the gas milage is horrendous, come to think of it, if I don't play with it the gas milage isn't that great!
Mine also has one of those anti millennial theft devices called a Muncie 4 spd., wonder if I can get an insurance reduction!
One thing I do notice, they must be making tires much better, they last "A LOT" longer now that I'm an old buzzard than when I was 17 or 18!

Re: Gas prices
My older brother had a RAT 454 Nova that was a blast to drive, 4 speed stick, and I would hate to have to feed her today! My Tundra is averaging about 15 MPG because i drive around town most of the time, or I'm dragging the boat behind her, then it's like 13 MPG. I only have like 12,000 miles on her, so it's starting to get better.
