Thats pretty damn neat and simple. I would worry about the latch closing too soon and catching the string though.

Would be great to have more info in english.

Heres a video of it in action:

The best ideas are always simple. Can't wait till that comes out. I never want to hear the hollow crack of a dryfire again !

Do you need to buy the whole scope mount or can you just buy parts?

Very interesting. If I had a high powered bow I would certainly think about one. After I was certain it is true beening the person that is advertising these just joined today and his (or her) only posts are for selling these. BEWARE!

pretty neat rig ..i dont see any problems except i wonder if a new string is in order after it does its job..
i dont think i would use it just because excals are known for their simplicity..why add somthing to take away from that?..
Thats just my preference but it does seem to be an item some may want to use,,i say ,why not if thats your preference....
I cant say ill never DF again, but for me after a broken limb and a week without my excal,i always do the anti dry fire jiggle :D Cock,,safty..load..aim..CHECK ARROW SEATING..take off safty..shooooooooot..
You guys drilled that in my head and im forever in debt to yall for that tip..even sitting in the stand i check that arrow seating almost too much and i dont think ive ever found an arrow slid foward but my brain says any time i reposition give it a check,,wouldnt that suck?..to get a shot at a good deer and realize after a miss that the arrow wasnt seated.. :x
always check it before a fire and that will = no dry fire ..oh and dont forget to lower that thumb!!!

I definitely understand buyer beware but... what better way for a seller of a new product to get something out there with some free advertising and possible feedeback. It also looks like it is made specifically for the excalibur and not just a generic bolt on anything. To me it looks like a simple and practical design. However there is alot of force of a crossbow releasing even just an inch or two of travel. Is this small finger and bracket going to hold up to the force released by the crossbow? I can see it bending some at the least thus throwing off the sights. My speculation only! How many times will it be able to do this? Not that you should ever "have" to use it. But would this be worth the cost of preventing a dry fire?
