I wouldn't be happy. But you've been griping about this to the wrong crowd, we can't fix it for you!Onetimeonly x--> wrote:Well ladies and gentlemen just to be clear, the bow/riser never had limbs issues! There were issues, YES. Funny just thinking, for all you high end scope folks. Let's say your high dollar scope takes a dump and it has a lifetime warranty. You send it in for glass issues. The manufacturer can't remove the glass so he hacks and pries on tube replaces the glass and sends it back to you. You get it back and the scope/tube is Flucked up looks nothing like what you sent in or expected in return! Your telling me you'd be ok with your returned product? If you are, I've been sheltered, I want to smoke whatever your smoking!! Public replies here are welcome...

Are you saying you spoke with someone at Excal and they told you to pound salt?
I just got one of my matrix risers back and it's fine.Wolverine wrote:I agree onetimeonly put a fork in it, as usual people got defensive and the post took off in a direction which was unintended! Now I remember why I stopped coming here. Go back and look at how many people actually answered my original question, "Has anyone swapped out their original riser from their Matrix 380 with a new, updated, CNC machined riser from Excalibur?"
