I can certainly understand onetimeonlyx-->'s frustration. If I had a riser that came back to me looking like that I would be unpleased as well. Cant say as I know the reason for it but I trust Excalibur will make it right.

Well ladies and gentlemen just to be clear, the bow/riser never had limbs issues! There were issues, YES. Funny just thinking, for all you high end scope folks. Let's say your high dollar scope takes a dump and it has a lifetime warranty. You send it in for glass issues. The manufacturer can't remove the glass so he hacks and pries on tube replaces the glass and sends it back to you. You get it back and the scope/tube is Flucked up looks nothing like what you sent in or expected in return! Your telling me you'd be ok with your returned product? If you are, I've been sheltered, I want to smoke whatever your smoking!! Public replies here are welcome...

Edit: I have deleted the question I had posted here b/c I do not feel it is productive.

I wouldn't be happy. But you've been griping about this to the wrong crowd, we can't fix it for you!

Are you saying you spoke with someone at Excal and they told you to pound salt?

I agree onetimeonly put a fork in it, as usual people got defensive and the post took off in a direction which was unintended! Now I remember why I stopped coming here. Go back and look at how many people actually answered my original question, "Has anyone swapped out their original riser from their Matrix 380 with a new, updated, CNC machined riser from Excalibur?"

I just got one of my matrix risers back and it's fine.

Normally, it's not what you said, but how you said it. I think 99% of the answers we not attacks. I think it is difficult a best to read inflection into type written posts.
I also believe that if anyone was upset, they should have contacted Peter to see what the intent was by shipping risers with patches of camo missing before losing their composure. After all, how many times has anyone here misunderstood another person, got upset and then was embarrassed by the results?
Also, there's zero wrong with challenging someone else's thoughts. It is healthy and it builds.

To answer the replacement question,,,, No, I have not,, and will not be sending either of my 380 risers in for anything. The Lynx and the Mad Max are my best ever hunting bows, both have 1000's of trouble free shots on them,, and both are tack drivers!

With that answered,,,, I think it was made clear anyone that has sent them in and not happy with the replacement,, complaining here is necessary as Peter has already said they will be made right,, so post all you want here, but if your really wanting satisfaction you need to make arrangements to send it back for a satisfactory fix! This is exactly what I have found with any problem I have had on any Excalibur that I have had an issue with! Even when I created the problem,,,,,

Get with them for a satisfactory solution and you will be taken care off,, Good Luck and enjoy the most proven crossbows on the planet!
