x2. Mountains can recalibrate things in a hurry. I'd die if I had to carry in a stand everyday. I find as the season goes my load gets lighter and lighter. By the end of the season I'm normally down to the essentials, which is an ink pen and a pocket knife.

I prefer the "minimalist" approach and have these items on my person...TP, small pocket knife, cap(head) light, and most importantly....a cell phone which enables me access anything I don't have as well as dragging assistant(s) as required..
